Anorak is a British print brand run by founders Matt and Laurie from their studio in Dulwich, South East London.
We make joyful patterns in repeat for joyful times on repeat, bringing bold, colourful prints to sustainable clothing and homeware. Our designs are vibrant, iconic and delightfully simple. Inspired by the great outdoors, our unique colour combinations unashamedly adorn a collectible array of sustainable and functional products designed to be loved and to last.

WHY THE NAME?
We get asked this question all the time so wanted to share the answer with you.
Anorak is synonomous with the idea of nerdiness and becoming an expert on a subject you love. Discovering, collecting and treasuring that very special something which puts you in your happy place. Be that badges, birds, trains, planes, or in our case, prints.
Anorak is also a word for a waterproof coat and is strongly associated to the great outdoors. A big passion of ours.
Finally, we love the word Anorak for its eccentric Britishness and sense of irony. When something just feels right, we say go for it. Anorak felt right, so we just went with it.
