International freight + taxes: We send all overseas deliveries with FedEx, UPS or Royal Mail. We send all overseas consignments on a DAP basis, which means you as the customer will need to pay any import VAT / customs charges / taxes that may be due when the order arrives. Anorak do not provide details, calculate or provide methods for these payments and they can not be pre-paid.

KEEPING YOU UPDATED

We will use email and text messages to keep you informed about the progress of your order. In the unlikely event we’ve run out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and offer you option of waiting for the item to arrive back in stock or refund you for this item and send out the items that are available.

It’s not possible to split online orders between two delivery addresses. If you do wish to split an order into two delivery addresses, we advise placing two individual orders.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days.
