Delivery services to all worldwide destinations may be disrupted where local or global lockdowns are introduced. Canada and The Netherlands in particular are facing ongoing disruptions at the moment.

We send all overseas deliveries with DPD or Royal Mail and deliveries can take up to 1 month to arrive from date of dispatch. We send all overseas consignments on a DAP basis, which means you as the customer will need to pay any import VAT / customs charges / taxes that may be due when the order arrives. Anorak do not provide details, calculate or provide methods for these payments and they can not be pre-paid.
Please note, we only offer free returns using our returns portal for orders delivered in the UK. If you’re returning an item from overseas, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product details and reason for return. You will need to cover the cost of shipping, securing proof of postage and arrange for the item(s) and order confirmation to be returned to us at:

Once an order is confirmed, we will use email to keep you informed of its progress. For larger orders, you will receive a text message to let you know a two hour delivery window.
In the unlikely event we’ve run out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll refund you for this item and send out the items that are available. At the moment, it’s not possible to split online orders between two delivery addresses. If you do wish to split an order, please contact email@example.com with your order numbers and they will refund you one set of delivery fee so you don't have to pay twice.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
