Q: Are your picnic blankets waterproof?

A: The underside of our picnic blankets have a water-resistant lining to keep you dry when using on damp grass etc. If the ground is saturated, some water may still soak through.

Q: Can I wash them?

A: Yes they can be machine washed on a gentle 30° cycle.

Q: Are they easy to carry?

A: Yes, they’re designed to be very easy to transport. They’re lightweight, flat and roll away conveniently into their carry handles making them easy to slot away into your bag.

Q: How many people fit on them?

A: We suggest up to four people on a regular picnic blanket and up to 6 people on a large picnic blanket.

This looks lovely and is huge - plenty of space for a family picnic. Being able to stick it in the washing machine is a big bonus, as my three year old demonstrated by spilling smoothie all over it the first time we used it! It's not very thick, but that makes it fold up to a manageable size and will hopefully mean it doesn't take too long to dry.
