Placing an order
Anorak accepts PayPal as payment for all online orders. If you wish to pay with cheque or postal orders, please email info@anorakonline.co.uk or call 07833 100 721 with details of what you wish to order.
Delivery
All UK orders for in-stock items will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds and will arrive within 5 working days of the order being placed. Out of stock items are available to pre-order and will be dispatched as soon as they are in-stock. Delivery within mainland UK is charged at a standard £4.95. Please contact Anorak for information about delivery costs and delivery times for international orders.
Returns
Anorak will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Anorak cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Privacy
Anorak does not retain any customer credit card details and all transactions are protected by PayPal’s secure payment processing service. Anorak reserves the right to retain customer email addresses. No information will be passed on to third parties but Anorak may send correspondence containing details of new products or special offers.
